The Market-Entry Sprint

Six weeks. I become your European business development team.

I find the buyers who have a dated reason to act, I write to them personally under my name, and I hand you the full pipeline: every account, every reply and a clear verdict on the market.

Fixed scope, fixed end date

  1. 1
    Price

    €4,000, fixed.

50% on signature, 50% at the start of week 4.

  2. 2
    Scope

    40 to 50 accounts. 120 to 150 approaches.

Written by me, sent under my name.

  3. 3
    End date

    Six weeks. Then a verdict.

Hire, continue with me, or stop because the market is not there.

— The problem —

Your technology works. Your pipeline doesn't close.

Someone has already paid for it or run a pilot. And your European pipeline still has conversations in it instead of contracts.

That is not a product problem. It is that nobody on your team has a European network, and the person who liked your demo was never the person who signs.

The usual answer is to hire. A senior commercial lead in Germany is a six-figure annual commitment, three months to recruit and six more to ramp. You will have spent a year before you know whether the market responds.

— The six weeks —

For six weeks I do the job. Not advise on it.

  1. Week 1

We establish who your buyer actually is

Which European buyer type is yours, the dated regulation or cost that puts budget in front of them within twelve months, which job title owns that budget, and what proof that person needs before saying yes. You get a written verdict and a straight go/no-go on the segment.

  2. Week 2

    I build the account list

40 to 50 named European companies that fit the trigger, each with the budget-owner role and the way in. Verified, with a source for every one. You keep the sheet whatever happens next.

  3. Weeks 3–5

I write to them, under my name

Between 120 and 150 senior approaches, written by hand from a Frankfurt base and fourteen years of relationships in this market, with structured follow-up. Every Friday you get a report: what went out, who replied, and what we learned about the segment.

  4. Week 6

    I hand it all over

Every account with its status, the messaging that worked and the messaging that did not, a briefing note for every conversation that opened, and a written recommendation: hire, continue with me, or stop because the market is not there.

Access.

A founder in Lima, Toronto or Istanbul does not get a meeting with the procurement lead of a German industrial importer. That is not a skill gap. It is a network gap, and it is the one thing no tool and no AI will close for you.

— Straight terms —

What I guarantee, and what I don't.

GUARANTEED

120 to 150 senior approaches, written by me and sent under my name, into a verified list of European buyers with a dated reason to act. Every deliverable above. The full written handover.

EXPECTED

Replies, and meetings from those replies. How many depends on whether your product meets their need, which is exactly what these six weeks are designed to find out.

NOT GUARANTEED

A fixed number of meetings, or a signed contract. I control the quality and the volume of the approach. I do not control whether your product wins its market, and I will not pretend otherwise. Anyone who promises you a meeting count is telling you in advance how they plan to fill your calendar when they fall short.

What you get either way is a clear answer on whether this segment buys, in six weeks instead of a year.

— The investment —

One price. One end date.

— Fit —

Who this isn't for.

  • Pre-product companies. There is nothing to sell yet.
  • Anyone whose real constraint is that the technology isn't ready.
  • Anyone who wants introductions without doing the week 1 work first. The diagnostic is what makes the introductions land.

Who is doing the work

André Rodríguez · Founder, based in Frankfurt

Fourteen years across institutional sales in Frankfurt, quantitative finance in Zurich, and climate-tech business development. Eight markets opened across three continents. I publish The Thursday Signal every week to decision-makers in over 50 countries, and I wrote the Climate-Tech Buyer Map that this Sprint applies to your company.

One person does this work. That is the point, and it is also why I run two Sprints at a time.

The next step

Thirty minutes, no deck required.

We look at where your pipeline is stuck and whether the Sprint is the right next step. If it isn't, I'll tell you.
